Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Then 2 - 3 days later you will receive an email dispatch notification informing you of the item or items that have been dispatched. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items, they may not always be dispatched as one parcel.
The dispatch notification will contain your order number, your shipping tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website, to track your order. Just click this link to see the status of your item(s). It usually takes 2 days from the dispatch date for the shipping carrier to provide a more exact location of where your parcel is.
