We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.
If this is the case, please send the item back to us, in a resellable condition, within 30 days of the delivery date, with a note specifying your full name, email used to place your order, order ID in your confirmation email and the reason for returning the item(s), so we can ensure your credit is accurate.
We accept returns by mail only and you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages (you can find information on flat rate shipping here).
